| What is a Sellers Inspection? |
| A sellers inspection covers the same systems as the Buyers Inspection. In fact, it is the same exact inspection. Please see the description above.
|
|
|
| Why would I want or need a Sellers Inspection?
|
That's a very good question, and one we get frequently. It also has an easy
answer. Inspectors are not allowed to discuss or provide the report to anyone except the person purchasing the inspection.
If you purchase a sellers inspection when listing your home, you will know exactly what if anything needs to be
addressed. You will have this information in hand prior to anyone seeing your home.
If you honor us by letting us inspect your home, you will have the same information that the potential buyer of your home will
have. This will allow you to make reasonable and informed decisions while selling your home.

Warranty Inspections:
|
| What is a Warranty Inspection? |
Your new home comes with a warranty which generally covers defects in workmanship and materials. You or your builder may have also purchased additional coverage on your
home. This inspection is for those nearing the end of your home warranty period.
My home is only 1 year old.
Why would I want a Warranty Inspection?
As we mentioned above, your warranty is only good for a limited time. Once that time expires, you will not be covered. Whether you know you have issues, suspect you may have issues, or just aren't sure, a thorough inspection will allow you to make informed and fair decisions as to whether or not you need repairs done to your home… before it's too late.
Your home is your single largest
investment
.Don't let your warranty expire without a professional inspection.
