About Your Inspectors:
 Craig grew up in Boulder, and has been in Colorado most of his life. Penney has been a "Coloradoan" since 1981 and considers herself a native. We recently celebrated our 20th anniversary, and love raising our family in the Rocky Mountain region.		        
We love Colorado and are here to stay. Our integrity and commitment to quality inspections is very important to us. Our clients are also our neighbors, and word of mouth recommendations are the primary source of our business.
